Which packs are available?
First-order launch prices: $48 for 1 video or $104 for 3 videos. Regular prices: single $69, 3-pack $149. The 30% launch offer is for the first 20 orders only, one per customer; discount applied at checkout. The 3-pack is the Recommended starter. Eligibility comes before payment. Can I buy a 5-pack or 10-pack?
The $229 5-pack and $429 10-pack are LOCKED. Both are unavailable for purchase. Unlock criteria and date: [TBD].
What is checked before payment?
Start with the product URL and footage source. Rights and intended claims need an eligibility decision before payment. Review method, decision owner and response time: [TBD].
Who is the presenter?
AI presenter — not a real human. The presenter cannot be portrayed as a real customer offering a testimonial, personal product use or an endorsement.
When does the first-draft clock begin?
First drafts: 3–5 business days after both brief + footage approval; eligibility, payment or uploads alone do not start the clock.
What is the revision limit?
Maximum 5 revision rounds to bring the video into line with the approved brief. What counts as a round, feedback grouping and allocation across a pack: [TBD]. Revision request channel and response time: [TBD].
What if the included revisions cannot meet the brief?
If included revisions can’t bring the video into line with the approved brief, we refund the affected order.

Is payment connected yet?
Stripe-hosted payment is planned, not built; the eligibility form is a disconnected preview that takes no requests or payments.
Which footage can I submit?

What’s included with each video?
The finished ad, plus options to test. Every video includes a few extra 2–4 second hook options, a voice-over version without lip-sync, a cover image and a captions file. Request another voice-over language at order time; availability is confirmed with your brief.

Are the landing previews finished ads?
The landing gallery contains AI demo concepts, not finished ads or client work. The illustrated placeholders show a design direction rather than completed video. An AI presenter is not a real human; these previews do not establish a customer testimonial or a performance result.
