Product reference, music and presenter rights

Submit product reference images or footage that you own, have supplier permission to use, or have licensed for the proposed use. Finished product visuals are disclosed AI visualization, not real product footage or a 100% copy. We review the rights holder, intended channels, territory, term and restrictions before eligibility passes.

Do not submit footage, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks or claims that you cannot authorize for the proposed use. We do not invent customer experiences, testimonials or endorsements. AI presenters stay disclosed.

The approved brief records the finished-video licence and component restrictions. Underlying assets keep their own licences; no blanket ownership transfer or exclusive copyright in AI-generated elements is promised.

Every video includes the finished ad, a few extra 2–4 second hooks, a voice-over version, a cover and captions file. Another voice-over language can be requested at order time, subject to availability.

Up to 5 revision rounds per order. If included revisions can't bring the video into line with the approved brief, we refund the affected order.
