Our guarantee
If included revisions can't bring the video into line with the approved brief, we refund the affected order.
Maximum 5 revision rounds. The cap does not cancel the guarantee, and you do not have to use rounds we agree cannot resolve the mismatch. A guarantee refund covers the full affected order, including taxes collected for it; the pack is not split into per-video refunds.
Provide your order ID, approved brief version, relevant deliveries and remaining mismatch. This form records a request for operator review; it does not automatically issue a refund. An approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
Before production starts, you can request cancellation and a refund of any payment. After production starts, the discretionary cancellation schedule is [TBD]. Refund review and processing time: [TBD]. Support email: info@aurora-powerup.com. Mandatory rights remain as described in the draft terms.
