Included revisions
One round is one consolidated set of feedback on the latest delivered versions followed by a revised delivery. Include the video, version and timestamps. Questions and upload problems belong on the contact page.
Included revisions address conformity with the approved brief. A new product, campaign or extra videos requires a separately agreed scope. We never remove the AI disclosure or introduce unlicensed footage or fabricated claims.
If included revisions can't bring the video into line with the approved brief, we refund the affected order. The 5-round cap does not remove this guarantee.

Every video includes the finished ad, a few extra 2–4 second hooks, a voice-over version, a cover and captions file. Another voice-over language can be requested at order time, subject to availability.
